K. Sankarganesh IRS was
post graduated in Economics and topped University in his Bachelor’s
degree. He has been a motivated hard worker & a passionate Civil
service aspirant got selected as an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer
of 2010 batch. While preparing for civil services examination he found that
candidates experience difficulty in understanding basic concepts of Economy.
The knowledge of economy is not only important to secure more marks in IAS
examination but also vital in decision making on day to day activities
for bureaucrats. Since there is no specific book available for IAS
aspirants explaining basic concepts of Economy in simple terms, he decided to
write one. This result into the birth of Book “Indian Economy – Key
concepts”
